Renting IMAA
Are you looking for a venue to host your next event? The IMAA opens its facilities for the community in the greater Seattle community to rent.
1) Hall Rental:
Security Deposit: $200 (applies to both hourly and daily rentals)
Daily Rental (8am - 10pm):
General Public: $800 | Rental Fees subject to change in 2026
Hourly Rental - (2 hours min/5 hours max. 5+ hours is considered a daily rental):
Friday - Sunday Rate (Hours: 8am - 10pm. Min 2 hours/Max 5 hours)
General Public: $75/Hr
Monday - Thursday (Hours: 8am - 10pm. 2 Hours/4 Hours Max)
$50/Hr flat rate
2) Classroom/Music and Dance Rehearsal/Art Studio/Office Space Rental: (Under construction/Not available at this time)
No security deposit is required for use for these spaces which are located in the old building.
Hourly rental Monday to Sunday 8am to 10pm: min of 2 hours/max of 5 hours at $20/Hr.
